Light painting

I've been doing some workshops with a local charity where I live where we do light painting with disabled children in Cumbria. Its been an absolute blast working with them all and watching their faces when they see the picture they have made (:
Here are two photos i loved from these workshops.

This image was one of the final drawings where everyone came together to make a scene, here is their under the sea picture. This group were all experts at the light painting and were so much fun to work with (: 

Charles eye...

This is a picture of Charles eye I took for my sketch pad, and WOW! i've never looked at peoples eyes in so much detail before! They're beautiful!
So i've become slightly obsessed with eyes and have started noticing how different and amazing they all are. 

I think I can see myself looking more into photographing eyes like this or maybe making it into a mini project after i've finished my exam stress (:

Allies house

Today i did my first 'friend shoot' of two best friends, this was great because all the pictures were so bubbly and they both looked gorgeous (:
I really enjoyed this shoot and the house i was in had great places and angles to take pictures from.

I also did my first baby shoot! this was difficult with such a wriggly happy baby but when my camera actually got to focus the pictures were so cute! This is little baby Noah (:

So all in all it was a pretty successful day - i got two more jobs from it and some pictures im happy with.

PANIC.
just realised how much time I actually have left at school! i have less than 3 months left :S
So the application to Carlisle uni is off - dinners are being replaced by work and polypropylene is slowly taking over my life!

Thanks to charles for the picture - had a laugh taking pictures of non-product design based things (:

I've found I have become quite fixated on the artist known as Phlegm...
I came across his work by pure luck in Sheffield when some very nice man saw me taking pictures off graffiti and showed me to this building. I wasn't quite sure what I was expecting to find and when we came around to corner to see this me and my cousin were gob-smacked!
The next day I saw the same work on west-street but didn't have my camera and since then have been trying to find this guys name... and hazaaar at last!

art, art and oh wait, more art.

Art deadlines coming up so i'm spending my days covered in paint...

quite liked this pattern on my fingers though :D
